Referral and coordination service
Sunshine Mold & Restoration provides customer intake, referral, and coordination services. Sunshine does not itself perform mold assessment, mold remediation, construction, restoration, testing, emergency response, or other property services.
Independent providers
Any service provider introduced through Sunshine is an independent business and is not an employee, agent, or representative of Sunshine. The provider is solely responsible for its licenses, insurance, qualifications, inspections, estimates, contracts, work, warranties, safety, and compliance.
No guarantee
Sunshine does not guarantee provider availability, response time, pricing, scope, quality, outcome, licensing status, insurance coverage, or eligibility for reimbursement. You are responsible for evaluating a provider before hiring them and for reviewing all agreements directly with that provider.
Compensation
Sunshine may receive compensation from participating providers for marketing, referrals, or related services. This does not increase or determine the price quoted to you unless disclosed by the provider.

Consent to contact and share information
When you submit a request, you authorize Sunshine to contact you about it. When you authorize a referral, you permit Sunshine to share relevant request and contact information with an independent provider who may contact you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Emergencies
Sunshine is not an emergency service. For fire, electrical hazards, structural danger, serious flooding, a medical emergency, or immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility.
